Waggers Dog Daycare, Inc. does its best to be as careful as possible. There may be times when a dog is slightly injured due to sudden movements. Client understands and accepts these risks. In the event of a more serious injury results, after all necessary attempts to reach client fails. Client authorizes Beppo Inc, DBA Waggers Dog Daycare to seek medical attention at the Vet.
The Client understands that in the instance of matted coats, a De-Mat Fee will be added on. The groomer will consult with the Client first before proceeding to De-Mat the dog. Matted coats does not allow for air circulation to the skin, causing hot spots, bacterial and fungal infections. Matted coats are difficult to brush and cause stress and pain. The skin underneath can be raw and inflamed.

Beppo Inc, DBA Waggers Dog Daycare Inc. will not be held responsible for stressful effects grooming may have upon an elderly pet. A senior dog is defined by the American Veterinary Medical Foundation as a canine, small and big as 7 years of age and above. Waggers Dog Daycare Inc. is not responsible for any accidental death of a pet with pre-existing health conditions.
Client represents dog as non-aggressive. Client agrees dog has not harmed another animal, person or thing and has not shown any aggressive behavior. Client understands any harm caused by dog to any person, animal or property is the responsibility of the client.

In the event the dog shows aggressive behavior and Beppo Inc, DBA Waggers Dog Daycare cannot finish the job for fear of injury; client agrees to remain responsible for all applicable charges whether work is completed or not. If we cannot begin work, we will return the dog to you with no charge.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

In the event the client doesn't show up for their appointment it is unfair to the groomer and other customers who want the time slot. Clients who do not show up or cancel with at least 24 hours notice (email/phone/in person), will incur a charge of $20 which has to be paid before the next grooming appointment.
Client agrees to arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time. If Client is 30 minutes late, Waggers Dog Daycare, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

This agreement will remain valid for all future services.

I agree that I have read and understand the rules and conditions for Bepo Inc, DBA Waggers Dog Daycare Grooming. I understand that my dog, my guests, or I may be videotaped or photographed and that these images become the property of Beppo Inc, DBA Waggers Dog Daycare. I agree to release, hold harmless, acquit, will indemnify and forever discharge the corporation from all, and in all manner of action and actions, suits, damages, judgments, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which I or any other person I have with me during grooming at Beppo Inc, DBA Waggers Dog Daycare.

By signing below the client fully understands and agrees to the contents of this waiver and gives Beppo Inc, DBA Waggers Dog Daycare right to perform grooming duties as described by client:
